Highlights
- Great spot to catch the sunset
- 270 steps separate the bay from Oia
- Surrounded by whitewashed cliffs of Santorini
Perched in the volcanic cliffs of western Santorini, just 270(ish) steps below the town of Oia, is Amoudi Bay, a great spot to swim (although it can be rocky) and watch the sun go down. There are also select spots where you can go cliff diving into the azure Mediterranean waters.

Access
Amoudi Bay is accessible via a 270-step path down from Oia, which takes around 15 minutes. Another option is to take an ATV, car, or tax, but be aware that parking isn’t the easiest.
