Below are exceptions that can cause delays in getting your Journy on time:
Not responding to emails from your concierge
Because our service is truly personalized, oftentimes your concierge will have follow-up questions to better understand your preferences. Please respond to these emails within 24 hours to avoid delays.
Not finalizing your accommodations
If requested, we’ll send hotel recommendations for you to consider ASAP. Please let your concierge know if you’d like to see additional options as we need to know where you’ll be staying to make breakfast and dinner recommendations that are convenient.
Every additional 24 hours it takes to confirm important information for your concierge (including accommodations decisions) will result in a corresponding 24 hour delay in receiving your Journy.
